We operate as a made-to-order studio, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This approach allows us to work sustainably, reduce waste, and support ethical, small-batch production, values that are central to who we are as an independent design studio.

Because each piece is made especially for you:

• We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges

We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit or materials, we are always happy to help before purchase.

WHY WE DO THIS

Unlike mass-produced brands, we do not keep inventory or overproduce. Our made-to-order model ensures that every design is created thoughtfully, ethically, and with minimal environmental impact. While this limits flexibility around exchanges, it allows us to create meaningful work without excess or waste.


SHIPPING

We ship using USPS for domestic orders or UPS/USPS Ground for International Shipping.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

Made to Order Items - Please allow 8-15 business days for production and shipping.

Ihsan Ishan Design is not held responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.

Orders are typically processed and produced within the timeframe noted on each product page.
